Changi Airport T3 with Ee Ee Xernieve & Jingling
It's been a long time since we met up with Ee Ee Xernieve & Jingling, so mummy arranged to have a mini gathering this afternoon.
Ee Ee Jingling picked us up below & block & suggested going to Changi Airport T3 since there's not much crowd there & we can chat longer. Mummy thinks that's a great idea cos I can take this opportunity to look at airplanes AGAIN! In fact, this is the 2nd time this week I went to the airport to watch airplanes. Haha.
There was a minor accident. While mummy was trying to transfer me from my stroller to the car, she accidentally bump my forehead onto the side of the car door. Mummy hadn't realised the door was open & also cos it was drizzling, she was in a hurry to shield me from the rain. The impact was quite big as I began crying hysterically & a small bump soon formed just above my right eyebrow.
Mummy was so guilty that she kept apologising to me & trying to rub the bump away. Luckily, the injury wasn't very bad & I soon stopped crying, most interested in sucking my fingers to soothe myself. There was still a mini bruise though, & there's nothing much Mummy can go for now since we're in the car on the way to airport.
However once we reached Changi airport, I'm so excited that I immediately forgot about the pain. I LOVE the big open space & kept running around. Luckily there wasn't much people at this time of the afternoon so mummy didn't even bother to chase after me. She just kept an eye on me, in case I disappeared.
We decided to have tea a dessert joint & Ee Ee Xernieve decided to give us a treat. THANKS! I enjoyed myself by munching on the garlic bread, crawling around on the sofa seat & trying to dig through the paperbag which belongs to another patron sitting behind us. Mummy was so embarressed! Luckily the patron didn't mind cos the paperbag is empty.
Anyway, we stayed there for quite sometime while mummy catch up with each other & talking about their plans for the future. I was getting quite restless, so they didn't to stroll around Terminal 3 & walk to the viewing gallery to see planes touching down.
T3 is the only terminal that can clearly see planes touching down & taking off cos it's directly facing the runway. I was so excited that I kept screaming airplanes & insist mummy to carry me up to the metal railing bar to sit.
Soon, it was time for dinner & we went to Popeyes at B2. Ee Ee Xernieve had never eaten at Popeyes before so she was keen to try it out. The Verdict? Yummy! Just like the original chicken from A&W which had disappeared from S'pore years ago. I kept eating the fries & rejected any other food. Mummy reckon having just fries for my dinner once a while is still acceptable, so she didn't push me.
By the time we left Terminal 3, it was already past 8pm. I was so tired that I fell asleep immediately after milk & shower.
